Tuberculosis services program records, [ca. 1913]-1974.

The tuberculosis register cards contain one card per individual. They are divided into four sets: suspect cases over 100 years old, cases over 100 years old, cases over 90 years old, and cases who have died. The first two contain very brief information including name, age, address, sex, and sparse entries concerning dates of examination and treatment. The cards for cases over 90 years old, and cases who have died, contain very detailed information including name, age, sex, date reported, diagnostic status, and remarks regarding x-rays, examinations, and treatment. All four sets are in alphabetical order by surname.
